Gas Port

• Updated HG - Front Bottom to better fit the button board. If you have the old design still, you can drill out a small channel for the top wire to be in, or melt a little slot with a soldering iron.

• Updated laser button to fit new button board.

Misc

• Updated Barrel extension. Removed the need for the panel nut and nut cover, but added a new link to the thread adapter used. If you still need that old panel nut, its 1/2 x 28 and 1/8" thick.
• Aesthetic update upper handguard sections (HG, top front & HG, top mid).

• Updated E-Port housing to support a better, panel-mounted switch
• E-Port box now fits and matched to finalized E-Port circuit
• Updated Power switch to match finalized E-Port circuit

• The MA40 is now compatible with cam/lever style forced-reset triggers. This was a geometry change to both the upper and lower receiver
• Updated gas port cover geometry for an easier fit
• Fixed a regression where the wire channel on the lower receiver was broken / blocked
• Updated the trigger linkage so that a shim is only required if you order the SCS metal part. The printed linkage no longer requires a shim

• Updated trigger geometry to only require 2 bearings while also better securing them. Should prevent them from falling out over time

• Swapped FCG bolts for dowel pins. If you need the old M4 bolts for any reason, they're here.
• Changed geometry of lower receiver- added notched cutout for milspec trigger. This fixes issues where the disconnector wouldn't fully release/reset after releasing the tigger.
• Added 1mm extra length to the safety so the detent engages more reliably.

• Added 38mm dowel requirement to fix dowels that might walk out over time.

• Corrected lower receiver FCG pin placement, which should help alleviate some firing and charging issues.

• The flashlight is now printed in two pieces and has a proper screw-on cap. This change also removed the O-ring requirement from the BOM.
• The grip detent hole has been significantly widened for easier installation/uninstallation.
• Added a printable shim to the trigger linkage to prevent it from jiggling out of place.

• Removed 3/32 dowel requirement (replaced all with 1" 3/16 dowels). Affects all handguard parts and the side plates.
